Custom Orders

While we stock a limited supply of finished tack, the real fun comes in designing the perfect tack or accessory for each individual and horse.  While we hope to guess correctly with our finished designs, frequently there are color or sizing preferences that are best met with a custom creation.  Custom sizing is always available and for tack, can be best achieved by taking a few simple measurements of your horse or existing tack.   Custom orders average 3-6 weeks depending on the time of year and number of orders being worked on.

Custom Order Process:

1. Contact us with the items you are interested in, as well as the colors you want and any patterns or design styles you like.  (You can select from a stock design or have a new pattern created for you - all for the same price.  Lettering/Names/Brands, etc. are all possible.  There are hundreds of bead colors available and endless design possibilites. - so don't be afraid to be creative.)
2. A 50% deposit is required to start the design process.  A preliminary estimate of production time can be made at this time, as this places the order on our active list.
3. Digital pattern layouts will be emailed or texted to you for pattern and color selection if a custom design is requested. 
4. Once a selection is made, the beading will be started.  A photo of the first bead strip will be emailed or texted to ensure the beading turns out the way you want it. (This is the final time that any changes to the order can be made, without incurring additional charges.)
5. Once the bead strip is authorized, the order will be completed.  The estimate of production time will be finalized at this point.
6. Pictures of the finished product will be emailed or texted.  The balance on the order is due at this time, prior to shipping.
